i am dying for one,i read about it the whole time,my dad has an iphone and its so cool,i'd like either one.i told my dad that an ipod touch is so cool and you can do anything with it and its just like the iphone but its cheaper.my dad knows that i want either one so for christmas i asked for a new phone hoping i would get an iphone because my dad can get them for free,i got some crappy piece of **** which you can't do anything with.all my friends have ipod touches and iphones and i love them.i even made my wallpaper on my pc the apple logo as a hint.my dad thought i wanted a macbook.i've entered so many competitions to win one but i hwin free apple ipod touchaven't.and i can't sell my stuff because no-one wants it.i want to sell my ps2 because i don't use it anymore and its old and crappy.and it will take me forever to save up for one and my birthday is only in 7 months and i really want one and every day i think about what games and apps i will have and what wallpaper i will have and all that **** incase i get one the next day.

Just ask for the iPod touch. Just say that you can do anything with it and you won't use up the time on the computer when you have wifi on your iPod touch. But just give him hints about it. Or have one of your friends who has an iPod touch to come ovewin free apple ipod touchr and try to brag it infront of your parents face.
Try saving up for one- it might be less hassle. Any pocket money or petty cash you get, just put it in a draw or something and soon enough you'll have enough money! Once you have it, make a big thing out of it- 'dad look, I was mature enough to get the money together for something I really wanted'. Trust me. It's a good feeling. That's what I did, and that's why I can help you right now!! My carer was really proud of me and bought me a case and stuff to say well done.
