I am looking for software to create an company enews letter. I would like to find desktop publishing software to do this and contact management software. I don't want to use services like Constant Contact. Are there good, easy to use programs for this. I tried Publisher, and Adobe Indesign, but haven't beenadobe desktop publishing software real happy with these programs.

Besides InDesign I also use QuarkXPress which is similar to InDesign in what it does, just goes about it in different ways. It is probably more focussed on padobe desktop publishing softwareage layout where InDesign leans more to the design/art side of things.
Page Maker has been discontinued for many years now, InDesign took its place.
A free page layout program is Scribus - open source, seems a good all round package which would be more than capable of handling your newsletter.
