we doing a fancy dress day at school and i have a yellow/orange butterfly costume n gonna wear it just for fun (and fundraising heart cancer) but i was thinking, wouldn't that just catch too much attention and spoil the meaning of modesty? Then you could argue everyone else are going to look bizarre that day so i wouldn't necessarily be thmale butterfly costumee centre of attention. What do you think?
But if everyone is dressing up in fancy dress and you dress without fancy dress, that's attracting attention. And vice versa, everyone not in fancy dress and just you in it would be attracting attention. Think about your surroundings and how you will fit in :)

You are an adult and such quemale butterfly costumestion does not need to be ask in here for you. Your knowledge should be enough for you to make a decision. Allah is All Knowing. He knows whats in your heart and your mind. Just be honest with yourself.
