If the married woman is wanting an affair then she can do whatever she wants. She needs to find herself a man and hopefully it isn't you. You never want to get involved with a married woman.
That is really up to you. Are you the person she wants to have the affair with? I am assuming that is a 'yes'.

Personally, I wouldn't because...it is so much of a hassle. I am sure it is exciting because you are dolooking for a affairing something "wrong". This behavior leads to many issues down the road. Husband finding out, friend finding out...expensive to say the least. (motels?)

If it is a friend who is looking, I would just stay out of it. Explain your opinion but...you can't do anything for her.
